Lemon Juice

Directions

This is a alkalizing as it gets - not to mention really quick and easy to make in 5 mins.

Just chop, toss and eat.

Stir-fry broccoli

Ingredients

Broccoli
Sesame oil
Bragg Liquid Aminos (soy substitute)
Chinese 5-spice powder
Sesame seeds

Directions

Just quickly stir-fry and add the ingredients to taste. Simple quick and easy.

You can obviously substitute any vegetable for brocolli.

Simple Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

Avocado
Alfalfa sprouts
Tomato
Cucumber

Directions

Easy sandwich to make. I know bread isn't the most alkaline, but you could easily make a wrap with some sprouted tortilla.

Add some hummus if you want a bit of extra flavor.
